Free: basic Lumen chat, Calendar and Graph. Horizon, Business and Site Map are locked, but your existing data remains saved. Lumen Pro: £19/month or £190/year; includes Horizon, voice, Business, Site Map and up to 10 live research runs each month. Lumen Pro Max: £49/month or £490/year; includes everything in Pro plus Growth Engine, SEO and competitor research, advanced quote writing, strategy tools and up to 40 live research runs each month.
New standard accounts begin with a 7-day Pro Max trial without a card. When the trial ends, the account moves to Free unless a paid plan is chosen. One private test account may be kept on Free by the account owner.
Payments and paid-plan changes are handled by Stripe. Lumen does not store card details. Cancel at any time through the billing area; a paid plan stays available until the end of its paid period. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
