Free: basic Lumen chat, Calendar and Graph. Horizon, Business and Site Map are locked, but your existing data remains saved. Lumen Pro: £19/month or £190/year; includes Horizon, voice, Business, Site Map and up to 10 live research runs each month. Lumen Pro Max: £49/month or £490/year; includes everything in Pro plus Growth Engine, SEO and competitor research, advanced quote writing, strategy tools and up to 40 live research runs each month. Prices shown to consumers include any VAT Lumen is required to charge unless Checkout clearly states otherwise.
New standard accounts begin with a 7-day Pro Max trial without a card. When the trial ends, the account moves to Free unless a paid plan is chosen. One private test account may be kept on Free by the account owner.
Payments and paid-plan changes are handled by Stripe. Lumen does not store card details. Subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or yearly period until cancelled. Cancel at any time through the billing area; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Any statutory cancellation, refund or cooling-off rights that apply to you are not restricted by these terms.
Acceptable use: no unlawful use, attempts to access another account, automated abuse, excessive traffic designed to evade allowances, or reverse-engineering that infringes applicable law. AI and research allowances are fair-use safety limits shown in the product and may be adjusted reasonably to protect service availability.
No uptime guarantee; maintenance may cause brief downtime.

You may end the account at any time. We may suspend serious abuse or security threats immediately, and otherwise give reasonable notice where practicable. Billing records may be retained where tax or legal rules require it.
